Focus on Stroke

Following on from the successful event held last November in Devizes we are pleased to announce two further Focus on Stroke events.

Wednesday 24^th October - Michael Herbert Hall, South Street, Wilton, SP2 0JS

Wednesday 31^st October - Assembly Hall, Market Place, Melksham, SN12 6ES

10.30am – 3.30pm     Registration from 10.00am

These events will provide a focus on stroke in Wiltshire for patients, carers, health and social care professionals and the voluntary sector.

There will be presentations from health, social care and voluntary agencies together with an opportunity for all those present to contribute to the development of stroke care in Wiltshire.

Lunch and refreshments provided
