The government is asking people what needs to be done to improve life for disabled people.
They have written down some ideas, but want disabled people to tell them whether these are the right things to do, or whether there are other things that are more important.
Once the government has heard people’s ideas they will write a plan of things they will do, to change things for the better.
Mencap will be telling the government what needs to change. They want to hear from you about what you think is most important, so they can share these ideas with the government .
The questions in the survey are to help you think about what needs to change.
Answering the questions should take around 10 - 15 minutes.
